Obiectivul central al acestui studiu este: elucidarea esenţei conflictului social; caracteristica conflictului din perspectiva schimbării/ameliorării vieţii sociale. Abordarea sinergetică a conflictului social îi permite autoarei să caracterizeze fenomenul sub aspectul influenţei constructive şi pozitive asupra realităţii sociale. Aplicînd concluziile autorilor teoriei generale a conflictului, autorul analizează situaţia din Republica Moldova. În concluzie autoarea le propune intelectualilor şi politicienilor din Moldova să valorifice toate însuşirile ce unesc părţile aflate la moment în conflict, să pună accent pe unitatea dialectică a părţilor şi nu pe lupta acestora.

The main goal of this study is to explain the essence of the social conflict; features of the conflict from the approach of changing/improving social life. The synergetic approach of the social conflict allows the author to describe the phenomenon from the perspective of its constructive and positive influence on the social reality. Applying the conclusions of the authors of general theory of conflict, the author analyzes the situation from the Republic of Moldova. In conclusion, she proposes to the intellectuals and politicians from Moldova to value all the features that unite the sides currently in conflict, to focus on the dialectic unit of the sides and not on their fight.
