Peptic ulcer patients, who have been added Regesan to the classic schemes of treatment, showed a more accelerated decrease of lipids peroxidation established by malonic dialdehide assessment and increase of the antioxidant system activity established by the assessment of superoxide dismutase and catalase , of the total antioxidant activity (TAA), F factor , both in the gastric mucosa and juice and in the serum and erythrocytes. |
