My paper presents the theory of J. Habermas about the public space in society. Society is the third term adjacent the terms of individual and institution. Society rounds the institutions with criticism and objections. Society prevents so the abuses of the institutions. My paper presents the public spaceas it is today and its importance. I understand by public space the weak organizations (the different forms of association of the persons) who are the most powerful and active part of the society. Mass media is also a part of the public space, who has the same role. Not only the individual has a role in politics, but also the society (weak organizations). The public space is the space where the individuals present their objections and the initiative of changeing. |
