Music represents important fundamental cultural construct in the anthropological academic research. From the end of the XX century as a separate structural element, it occupies a significant place in cultural processes and present the creative expression of individual performers. Based on the theoretical framework offered by the authors Nadia Kiwan and Ulrike Hanna Meinhof, in this paper an attempt is being made to establish hypothetical framework for the research of music in cultural and artistic associations as carriers of the specific music expression in the Macedonian postmodern society.
