In order to align EU standards of safety, security and quality of milk products and dairy products, Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry in collaboration with the Association of Employers " National Association of Producers of milk and milk products "Milk", with the support of Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, created a working group for development of "National Guidelines for good hygiene practices in production and collection of cow's milk - as raw material". The purpose of developing this guidance represents the implementation of real sector in accordance with legal framework requirements of Association Agreement by applying consistent rules of hygiene and animal health, hygiene during milking, security of product. This guide, through instructions and training for farmers will expose operators from cow milk production sector raw materials and implementation of national quality standards, harmonized with EU requirements, which will serve as a result to stability of farmgate prices, assuring farmers with a reasonable income
