In addition, pursuant to Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 451 of 30 July 2001 on Licensing of Entrepreneurial Activity (repealed), 2 the applicant for a gambling license was supposed to pay a fee, under the following conditions:(1) for the operation of cash-win gaming/slot machines—MDL 23,100 per machine;(2) for the operation of American roulette-type cash-win gaming machines—MDL 1,280,000 per machine;(3) for stakes on sports and other types of competitions—28% of the total amount of accepted stakes;(4) for the organization and operation of lotteries:(a) instant—28% of the total announced cost of lottery tickets;(b) numerical—28% of the total cost of sold lottery tickets. |
