The individual administrative act was nominated as a key element of the administrative procedure, stipulating its importance and role in the administrative doctrine. All procedural aspects of the issuance of individual administrative acts were argued through the lens of the legislation in force. The basis of the study was the Administrative Code of the Republic of Moldova no. 116/2018. Identified operations regarding the termination of the legal effects of individual administrative acts (revocation, withdrawal, suspension and cancellation). The request for the termination of legal effects was presented as a solution to remove the illegality of individual administrative acts. Any person integrated into society can become the object of the individual administrative act. The existence of the possibility of suspension and cessation of adverse legal consequences is only beneficial for all interested parties and at the same time the principles of legality and constitutionality are respected. The importance of the individual administrative act is indisputable in the doctrine of administrative law. |
