It is shown that educational complexes are a modern tendency in the development of the system of education. Their aim is to join the state, business and educational organizations in some mutually beneficial projects and programs. At the same time, they face a number of risks which can be run through public-private partnership. The author reveals that elements of the partnership can be traced in each element of the system of professional education (organizational, content, managerial, constructive, project, and communicative one). |
