The constituent elements of the country's economic security, the factors that affect this process, as well as the factors that most destabilize its provision are considered. It was found that the latter include economic crimes, and one of the means of combating them is a forensic economic examination, which, as an effective tool of the judicial system, exerts indirect influence, and its results, subject to compliance with certain requirements, can have a preventive effect in reducing violations in the field of economics.
