the article raises the question of the structure of emotional intelligence, approaches to the study of conceptual models of emotional intelligence of domestic and foreign authors. Theoretical analysis of sources made it possible to determine the presence of a connection between emotional intelligence and personality success in various types of activities. The conditions determining the development of the emotional component, as well as the relevance of this psychological characteristic for various fields of psychology are considered. |
