Rezumat

The anxiety represents a normal and positive sire of human life. It be comes pathological only when it outruns a certains limit, principally definite on the basic of a substantial modification of life’s quality/ The anxiety is a frequent manifestation and it’s an affective situation characterized as a feeling at insecurity, diffuse trouble.(Norbert Silloms) The anxiety in a difference between fear and anguish can be as a characteristic and is suspiciously continuous, it is in the displeasure, it is emotionally unstable, suspicious.Usualy, anxiety is diffuse and can become panic. To work out a diagnosis of anxious disturbances, the worries (at least once inn two days) must be associated to some physical symptoms that lasts a period of six months at least. At the children, pubescent and teenagers anxiety manifests itself sometimes like an exaggerate care about school success, sport and social performances. The anxiety isn’t received through imitation, although we can find in family histories a voluntary isolated environment and timid parents. When the person feels that he has an inadequate behavior, the anxiety will release itself as a result of a social, traumatic experience. The level of fear feelings and anxiety begins suddenly to grow after eleven years, and has it’s apogee at twenty and till thirty it diminishes when the anxiety isn’t quickly treated, it can be transformed in general anxiety and it can be always felt. As it was said before, the psychological phenomenon .The activity of a brain part that produces a neuromediator, noradrenalin these are necessary for performances. The ways of treatment of general anxiety are: relaxation exercises, meditation, self-control strategies.
