Contextual treatment of the topic of psychosocial risks in the workplace requires us to analyze each psychosocial risk separately and makes us ask ourselves, how traumatic are some psychosocial risks compared to others, and where do we find the boundary line between them? Moral harassment as an organizational psychosocial risk involves the degradation of working conditions, through the intent to violate the employee's rights to work and dignity. And the analysis of the impact of psychological harassment at work, as a traumatic factor, is a rogatory, to delimit this concept from the perspective of psychological suffering. |
