The contemporary society has been increasingly the main subject of normativity, not in the moral area but judiciary. The domination of normativity refers to the fast increase of legal regulations, based on changing social realities or social needs, or the direction of the state development, or the European / international standards’ requirements and adjustments of national laws etc. Therefore, in these circumstances, it is important to reconsider the mechanism by which the consistent diversity must become coherent in legal organization. |
