Rezumat

In the current context, organic agriculture is developing very quickly. Healthy foods, especially ecological ones, are in demand more and more, because people are becoming more selective in their daily consumption. Following the application of agricultural industrialization processes, a series of negative consequences appeared: economic, ecological and social. The market economy undervalues or totally ignores both the negative consequences on the environment and on society. Therefore, this led to the emergence of the need to produce ecologically. Broadly speaking, ecological agriculture, a term similar to organic or biological agriculture, is a modern method of cultivating plants, fattening animals and producing food by using those technologies that comes closest to the laws of nature - and which does not use synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, growth stimulators and regulators, hormones, antibiotics and intensive animal breeding systems. The process and procedures for obtaining ecological products are regulated by strict production rules and principles, which start from the quality that the land must have and up to the actual obtaining of the final product. Organic farming offers various benefits to both producers and consumers. The process and procedures for obtaining organic products are regulated by strict production rules and principles, starting from registration as an organic producer until obtaining the certified organic product. Practicing ecological agriculture gives a real chance to improve the situation in the agriculture of the Republic of Moldova. Practicing organic farming can offer a real chance to find a niche in the agri-food products market, as our country has an important potential in this field. In this context, the management of production processes in ecological agriculture takes on a special importance. The general purpose of this article is to characterize the distinctive criteria of the management of ecological products. In the process of carrying out the study, such research methods were applied as the analysis of existing monographs, the investigation of legislative sources, comparative analysis, observation, the method of deduction, synthesis, etc. Using the listed research methods, the general and specific principles of organic products, the particularities of organic agricultural products were defined. The scheme of the production process in ecological agriculture was also developed. Particular attention was drawn to the process and procedures for obtaining organic agricultural products, which are regulated by strict production rules and principles.
