The purpose of the research was to carry out the vegetative propagation of Vaccinium macrocarpon by semi-lignified cuttings, experimenting with several rhizogenesis stimulators, obtained at the Institute of Genetics, Physiology and Plant Protection. At the same time, compa-rison was made between the efficiency of vegetative propagation and in vitro micropropagation of this plant. |
