Rezumat

The invention relates to the field of chemistry and physics, especially to the elaboration of new photosensitive materials from organic polymers that will be used in photovoltaics for the elaboration of photovoltaic cells, as well as for the elaboration of electrophotographic information carriers. The essence of this work consists in the synthesis of a photosensitive organic polymer material consisting of copolymers of N-vinylcarbazole: 1-octene and acryloyl chloride (N-VC: OC-1: Cl-AC), characterized by that additionally zinc phthalocyanine with a content of 5-15 mol % are grafted. These new photosensitive materials from N-VC copolymers: OC-1: Cl-AC grafted additionally with zinc phthalocyanine by Friedel-Craftz reaction are soluble in organic solvents and obtained with a good yield of 70-72 %. The thin films of this photosensitive organic polymer material show photosensitivity in the visible and near infrared spectral range λ = 300-800 nm.
