The article presents the current dimensions in the comparative study of the emotional intelligence in Italy and Romania: the finalities of the education for the emotional development, dimensioning the educational system for the emotional development, the report between formal / non-formal / informal education, teachers’ training regarding the education for the emotional development etc., crystalizing various views on the discussed phenomenon. The conclusive comments evince the growing interest of the scientific community regarding the emotional culture as a predictive factor of the professional success. |
