The paper is structured according to the issue of special interest for the activity of educating the art of movement at the level of the specialized university education system within the discipline of Artistic Gymnastics. It describes the theoretical and practical fundamentals of establishing the basic principles of forming the correct gown, the elegance of the movements, the plasticity and the expressiveness of the integrated movements with the emotional - motor - artistic message. Special tests and sociological research have highlighted the limbs of articular, esthetic, elegance and amplitude movement. As a result of applying the efficient training / education methodology of the art of body segment movement, the quality of the composition of the ground composition improved, confirming the hypothesis of our work. |
