Rezumat | ||||||
Immunization of the population worldwide and nationally is carried out based on the consent of the person expressed voluntarily. In this article, we have analyzed the practice of other states and the relevant national constitutional jurisprudence on vaccination of the population and the restrictions imposed by the authorities. The solutions proposed under this article can improve the national legal framework in order to ensure immunization and avoid exposure to the risk of contamination of medical workers. |
