Rezumat | ||||||
Human society seen as a set of social relations is a complex system whose operation requires good organization, for this purpose the state power has created public authorities, whose functions are performed through its representatives, called civil or public servants. Public administration authorities must support, ensure the performance of the duties of officials of these public entities, whenever the civil servant has problems or he is prevented from exercising his specific rights, including as a result of his assault, the administration is obliged to intervene and ensure the performance of using persuasive or even coercive means. If the public institution has the right to demand professional and extraprofessional conduct from its official, similarly the civil servant is entitled to claim and obtain from the public institution in which he is engaged the recognition and respect of his rights guaranteed by law. |
