Rezumat

The Consumer Co-operation from Moldova, becoming an important segment of socio-economic system of the country, during its activity of around a century and a half passed through different periods of ascension and decline, resisting to the impact of the world economic crisis and internal ones. The latest evolution of the co-operative system confirms that it hasn’t become stable, durable yet and it is easily influenced by internal and external factors. The modern challenges impose as priority the need to rethink the co-operative forms of organization and its management, of the domains of economic activity, of the property relations’ system, of the relations with its members, of the motivational system. The implementation of innovative and strategic solutions in this context would boost the development of the Consumer Co-operation from the country.
