This article presents a brief analysis of the dimension of professional training of psychologists in the education system, in the context of crisis situations, based on the strengthening of human resources as a key element in ensuring quality services for beneficiaries. With this desideratum, the Ministry of Education and Research has the mission to identify possibilities for the development and consolidation of professional skills, starting from the analysis of general and specific needs and establishing the priorities based on which the training process for psychologists is designed. |
