At the present day in the Republic of Moldova after 24 years of independence is an issue
that still remains to be present from the 90 ‚s, namely that of guaranteeing national security
insurance, all these are amplified in the last period of time by those that besides traditional military
order threat, the presence of a materialized foreign armies on its territory ,it amplifies the
risks of non-military actions of the internal forces heavily supported from the outside, therefore,
the political power are required to identify the means that would guarantee independence and
inviolability of the country.
