The main product obtained from bee is honey. The main aim of this study was to examine the content of macro- and microelements in bee honey collected from different areas. It is found, that the amount of micro elements in flower honey ranges from 1.82 mg/kg to 5.70 mg/kg and macro elements from 443.37 mg/kg and 2154.3 mg/kg. It was revealed that flower honey collected from linden is most rich in content of macro- and microelements in comparison with other types of honey (acacia, sunflower, polyflerny honey). |
