The study of this paper is argued by the contradictions existing in the specialized literature regarding the calculation of potential of biomass derived from agro-forestry activities and which is available for energy purposes. The improvement of calculation methodology of the energy potential of residues from agro-forestry activities served as object of the research. In order to accomplish the established objective it was used the resource-oriented approach to estimate the energy potential of biomass. Based on the comparative analysis, it was performed a concretization of the known methods to calculate the biomass potential in order to establish the unique energy potential of biofuels derived from agro-forestry activities. |
