Rezumat | ||||||
The article reflects the behaviors experimental research in terms of gender differences - useful item for teacher support in the view of performing of professional duties. It is important to highlight investigations that reflect the differences in solving conflicts depending on many factors: identification with the gender role, age, the adults present or absence, the person with whom the subjects come into conflict as well as the results obtained within the research which can be used by the specialists in the field in order to streamline the activity. |
