On the provisions of the International Organization of Labour, social dialogue is essentially a voluntary process through which employees 'representatives, employers' and government exchange information and views, consult, negotiate and reach agreements on issues of common interest such as economic and social policy. National Confederation of Trade Unions of Moldova is one of the social partners participating actively in the process of wage formation, including in the field of training civil servants' pay .mod the salaries of civil servants is different because he wears and understood responsibilities, honesty, vigilance , performance studies, self-criticism, etc. Advancing civil servant pay scales will perform the following sequence when obtaining individual performance appraisal at least the qualifier "good" and achieving minimal period of stay in the previous step. |
