Rezumat

Barriers to achieve competitiveness by Ukrainian enterprises at international markets are discussed in this article. The main factors that influence on the international competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises are analyzed and ways to improve their competitive advantages are suggested. It is proved that the development of enterprises should be formed such a way that their products acquire high competitive properties and technical novelty for a long period of time.
