Rezumat

Labor disputes arising from the operation of the employment relationship between the unit, on the one hand, and employees, on the other side. The literature uses the term labor disputes, what are those differences which arise between employees and administration that can be settled through direct negotiations between the parties with the participation of trade unions on issues of establishing working conditions and their application, strike is one of thoseways. To address their specific order law, establishes the procedure and deadlines for submission of actions relevant bodies, examination, adoption and application of a decision.
