Introducere. Introduction. Tuberculosis, infectious disease, extremely contagious, produced by Mycobacterium bacteria, is widespread in the world. It has a chronic and untreated evolution, having an incorrectly treatmeitnt it leads to morbidity and at the sametime has a major fatality, being recognized as a primary and public health problem on a global level. Objective of the study. Analysis of all possible laboratory methods in order to identify in early time M. tuberculosis. Material and methods. Single use sterile smears, test tubes type container, coloring solutions by environments, culture media, thermostat 37°C, electronic microscope, single use spatula. The method is testing on culture media, with the application of the antibioticogram. Another method represents monitoring multiplication of mycobacteria, with sputum control on BARR, during the treatment period in of people detected by M. tuberculosis. Results. Mycobacterium tuberculosis represents bacterium with increased virulence, an acceleration of pathology by its form of multiplication and development in the host organism forming resistance. Despite the fact that there was multitude of diagnostic tests and treatment virulence remains increased, having proper evolution the support host organism, but also the favorable environment conditions (humidity, harmful habits (smoking), compromised immunity). Conclusions. Bacteriological confirmation rate of new cases of pulmonary tuberculosis they lead to 60% for microscopic examination in recent years (WHO recommendations). The world's population remains the risk subject of infection because it is not examined at time. In present in every seconds a new person is sick with TBC. |
