The article discusses the issues of social adaptation, quality of life and the formation of adherence to a healthy lifestyle of first-year students in the period of their adaptation to university studies. A sociological survey was conducted among 224 girls and 178 boys at the age of 17-19, studying at the university. The authors analyze the social adaptation, quality of life and commitment to a healthy lifestyle of university students. The data obtained made it possible to identify risk factors for adaptation of students to university studies and ways to minimize them. |
