.The phenomenon of violence in Israel and around the world is growing and it does not stop, in our time, and it goes on the timeline, every day we are witnessing to many cases of domestic violence in the street, schools and almost everywhere in our society. Despite all attempts to stop or even to reduce this phenomenon, it does not go, so the state began to look for solutions to this social problem in order to uproot it. One of the Israel government effective solutions for this circle is a treatment Centers, and units for domestic violence. It is necessary to develop management methods in organizations that deal with victims of the phenomenon of violence |
