Rezumat

The research goal consists in determining the effective career guidance strategies of high school students. The research goals: 1. Analysis of the theoretical aspects of the career guidance of students; 2. Identification of the educational factors involved in career guidance; 3. Determining the effective career guidance strategies of high school students; 4. Experimental validation of student career guidance strategies. Theoretical value of the research is determined by the analysis of the theoretical approaches referring to the specifics of the career guidance in the lyceum cycle, the theories underpinning the career guidance process and the study of the educational factors involved in the career guidance. Establishing ways to engage in career planning will support the application of theoretical approaches in practice. Practical value of the research is outlined by the results of the research: the work reflects the organization and the development of a program of training and career guidance of high school students. As a result of the formative program we have managed to develop the aspects that streamline the career guidance process of students, such as knowing oneself and others, making decision-making more effective, practicing personal marketing tools, and so on. The results of the research may be of real value to teachers, pupils in educational institutions.
