For helping the person to solve the particular problem, one needs to be able to find the motivation that will encourage him/her to act. Onlyappropriate motivations can inspire people to solve complex and super-powerful tasks. This article describes the main incentives and needs of people related to work. Motivational theories of A. Smith, A. Maslow, Herzberg, Woundcare and several other authorsare also presented in the article as a basis for this theoretical analysis. |
