Civil law science today does not have a special study on the establishment and state registration of foreign enterprises in the Republic of Moldova. Interest in the topic is due to the need to determine the significance, essence of the process of establishment and state registration of foreign enterprises, the role and place of the system of government bodies, which are assigned functions, rights and responsibilities in this field by current legislation. Thus, the need for a scientific understanding of the theoretical foundations of the legislative regulation of the process of establishment and state registration of foreign enterprises, and a number of its problematic issues that have arisen with not many years of practical application, have made the research topic relevant. |
