Rezumat

The article describes the stages and apply methods of analysis during the audit the effectiveness of the sub-Federal budget; the proposed list of indicators and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the subfederal budget and considers the problems hampering the implementation of effective audit of the subfederal budget in practice control and audit bodies of the regions.
