Rezumat

The identification of an important variable in the prevention of school adaptation difficulties represented and represents a prominent area of research in the educational field. Vocational identity promotes vocational and career adaptation in adolescence. Among the ways to investigate the motivational structures in the process of school and professional orientation are the Holland Inventory and the E. Schein’s Test (1993). The paper presents a constant approach by applying the "Career Anchors" Questionnaire on a batch of 40 students. The conclusions show that the student will feel at ease in learning activities that allow updating the career anchor, and this will be highlighted also in the specifics of the school results, so in the school adaptation.
