| Rezumat | ||||||
Using digital images for microorganism’s cells recording in the counting chamber allows to apply marking of recorded cells and thereby to increase the number of evidenced cells in the counting chamber squares. This enhances the analysis accuracy, makes the method more comfortable and gives it an additional instrument quality for the results documenting. The proposed method reduces the time for working with microscope diminishing harmful stressing on the researcher’s eyes and provides more rational using of the working time. The method can find a broad spectrum of applications. |
