The problem of inter-relationship between diet, health and human is one of the oldest concerns in human history. Diet is the source of energy through the body cope with its daily needs. This will gradually come to understand the various principles inter relationship between food and human health preservation of Euroregion Siret-Prut-Nistru. The key link between body and environment is carried out by permanent and balanced intake of nutrients. Food preparations favors by its severe imbalances sometimes resulting in damage to human health. By 10,000 years ago, man lived from hunting, vegetables, roots and fruits. From 10,000 years ago, man discovered with them grain and agriculture, domestication and breeding. With the discovery of agriculture begin differentiation and food shortage in some areas of the Euroregion Siret-Prut-Nistru and can speak from malnutrition or undernourishment although the technique is in constant progress. |
