Rezumat

Management is a science which investigates all the aspects defining the organization with the reference to planning, decision, organizing, coordination, execution and controlling. At all these stages the human resource is the most important element which determines the success of organization. In this context we are going to examine how the human resource is treated in the main classical managerial schools, especially in the sociological school of managerial thinking. Then we will examine the behaviour and relations between commanders and subordinates in the military organization environment. Finally, we will determine and analyse at what level these behaviour and relations in the military organizational environment correspond to theory promoted by sociological school of managerial thinking with regard to human resource.
