The problem of employment is now considered one of the most difficult issues. The employment rate in Moldova (39.6%) is much lower than in EU member states (65%), which shows that both the functioning of the labor market and the quality of economic growth in recent years have proved ineffective. This project aims at analyzing the situation on the labor market in the country, the causes that contribute to the continuous decrease of the occupational indicators, as well as proposing measures to improve the existing situation. |
