A fost studiat rolul substanţelor de diversă polaritate (glucide şi aminoacizi) la crioconservarea spermei de taur şi cocoş. Au fost stabiliţi factorii care influenţează gameţii animalelor experimentale. S-a stabilit că glucidele monosahari-dice în procesul crioconservării spermei de taur au proprietatea de a stabiliza interacţiunile intermoleculare atât în com-plexele glicolipidice, cât şi în cele glicoproteice. În acelaşi timp, o dată cu creşterea conţinutului verigilor monomerice au crescut şi indicii morfofiziologici ai materialului deconservat. Experienţele au stabilit că rezultatul crioconservării în prezenţa substanţelor de diferită polaritate este direct dependent de schimbările superficiale multiple din membranele plasmatice ale gameţilor. |

It was established the factors which influence the gametes of experi-mental animals. It was summed up that the glucide was well studied monosaharid in the cryopreservation process of bull’s semen which has the property to stabilize the intermolecular interactions both in the glycolipids complexes and in those glycoproteinic. At the same time with the increase of the content’s monomerycal links the morphophysiologycal indices of deconservated material also increase.
