The article is deals displayed the idea of improving wormculture morphologic character of which is the main link in the wormculture. Wormculture occupies an important in biotechnology bioconversion organic waste. The purpose technology bioconversion organic waste consists of obtaining fertilizer the organic ecological - wormcompost, using as biotransformed rhymes (wormculture). As organic waste biotransformed can be used various lines of earthworms. An biotransformed efficiently of organic waste is Red Hybrid California. In speeding up bioconversion of the process organic waste in laboratory investigations were performed in the direction of efficient measures of improving the character of morphological wormculture. One of these measures is the use of liquid microbial culture (CML) obtained is the result of cultivation of microorganisms producing cellulases and amylases. As a result of investigations it was found that the liquid microbial culture № 1 and № 2 concentration of 20% and 25% had a positive influence on morphologic character of wormculture, increasing the values of length, diameter and body mass by 4,8%, 1,6% and 4,8%, 3,2%; 4,7%, 7,0% and 13,9%; 11,6%, 3,4%, 5,2% and 10,3%, 8,6% in comparison with witness. Thus researches the purposes of refining wormculture morphological character was found that LCM LCM № 1 and № 2 in concentrations of 20% and 25% have resulted in increasing length, diameter and Corporal weight wormculture. |
