The article reveals the problem of training professional activity at the university. The author believes that in the practice of higher education there are contradictions - between the creative nature of pedagogical work and the unpreparedness of graduates of pedagogical faculties to solve organizational and methodological problems in independent professional activity. The author focuses on one of the important characteristics of the personality of the modern education manager behavioral behavior, on the degree of formation of which depends the effectiveness of his work. |
