There was presented the concept of management style and its influence in preschool institution. There was analyzed general and favoring factors of the management functioning styles: physical, psychological, psychosocial and sociological. Also, there was described the influence models of managerial activities and relationships between managers and staff in achieving the institution’s objectives. |
