Rezumat | ||||||
The negotiation of international trade contracts is an organized process, phased and competitive between the parties, during which it is adjusted and harmonized their fundamental interests, in order to ensure the profit attainment (benefit) expected by each. Every negotiation involves strategy and tactics, and also the resorting of various pre-contractual tools that dictates the pursued purpose and the goals. In this regard there are a number of documents that participants can use in the pre-contractual stage. |
