Rezumat

Performance is the main objective of the human resources of a company. To be proficient, competent and appropriate staff is a necessity, which will operate in an attractive social climate. Using a well-defined system of recruitment of candidates, can create a team of highly qualified specialists with initiative and creative potential, thus ensuring high compatibility at both the personal and interpersonal levels for a lengthy period of time.
