A past must be so close to us that we could live it again in a fantastic manner and it must be so fabulous that could surprise us each time when we turn back to it. A past must be so present that we could not forget it and we could live always in it. Such is a present past which is MIHAI EMINESCU. We are tributary to him for his genius and immeas¬urable contribution in the Romanian thesaurus of writing philosophy and science. That's why the current edition of the review is special one. We dedicate to him who was and still is the greatest poet of all times Mihai Eminescu. Our authors try to elucidate the relevance of Eminescu's creations in many fields: geography history music arts the French and the Romanian Languages etc. Several authors present their personal points of view on Eminescu's works in an interesting manner . In the end of the second millennium and at the beginning of the third one we try to bring up a genuine symphony closer to you which contains reverential words and homage to Eminescu who was and remains the Morning Star of our literature for eternity. We live in a world of things facts and numbers which is a world of time. Our effort ceaseless and unconscious our wish is to go out of time to reach the enraptured moment which spells reevaluation and implicit revalue of everything. Reevaluation and revalue - what may be more al-luring for somebody who wants to celebrate the selffulfillment? In addition to bringing back the Eminescu's brilliant wit we try putting up to date issues related to the educational values. The teachers are invited to discussion about values from pedagogical sociological and psycho logical perspectives.
