According to results of 1 to 4 national research (1998, 2001, 2004 and 2007) it was determined changes in behavioral and related risk factors of disease development. However, despite increase of healthy lifestyle promotion, rates of smoking, physically inactive and stress-loaded people were not decreased. Research results showed the necessity for new strategy development for work with population, directed to effective activity in market relations at public health. The strategies should include promotion at market complex actions on primary and secondary prevention, i.e. use social marketing concept.
