Rezumat

In this article we address the importance of volunteering, which is currently part of non-formal education and which is an impact factor on the development and training of preadolescent personality. Voluntary activities, structured informally, can call on a multitude of practical ways to achieve the general goal and concrete objectives (of studying a foreign language), which encourage the didactic creativity necessary to stimulate the individual and social initiative of preadolescents, as of participants and beneficiaries. The opportunity to practice a foreign language, respectively English, in this context of educational complementarity can generate new values and landmarks for personal development.
